Over the years doctors from Nova Wellness Center have provided training for various companies and organizations. Most of the trainings are centred on educating employees on using correct posture and ergonomics at the workplace. The goal is to create a wellness culture within these companies so that Musculoskeletal Disorders like neck, back or joint pain can be prevented.
For some companies, our ergonomic specialists have assessed employees workstations and provided a report to help management procure ergonomically correct furniture and provide training for new and existing employees.
